Sweet & salty WiAnno oysters arrived this morning, known as the pretty oyster. Got the crew downstairs cleaning them for tonight’s service.

Last night our neighbors Jeff & Paul tied the knot. After 20 years of dating – #respect. A sunset ceremony on the water at The Frying Pan.

Excellent wedding favors but then again wouldn’t expect anything less from a couple that marries in Japanese couture.

Chowing down on chili dogs and cheeseburgers hot of the grill with a city skyline view was one of funnest wedding meals. And our whiskey cake was part of the viennese table!

Came back from lunch, getting ready to open for service when we noticed this…um, right out in front our shop. Gives new meaning to the term tree hugger.

He/She moves too, apologies for the Blair Witch effect but just because we own a smart-phone doesn’t mean we (husband) know how to use it.

And to think folks were concerned that the invasion of 7-11 would gentrify our East Village. Not. A. Chance.
