Stop Making Sense

Some day the spring weather will arrive, but more importantly it’s choco matzo season! Super easy to make and super addictive to eat.

So here’s what you need:

  • 6 matzo
  • 1 cup butter (that’s 2 sticks)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark, it’s up to you)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (use the real stuff, it tastes way better)
  • 1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 oven, preheated @350

line cookie sheets w/parchment paper, lay out matzo

cover matzo in melted butter, vanilla & brown sugar then into oven for 8 minutes

place chips on top, then back into oven for 3 minutes, take out and smoosh melted chocolate on matzo, let cool in fridge

Welp, tonight’s staff meal is now ready to go.
