When friends fight over licking the bowl, you know that dish is a keeper. Tried out a recipe that we’ve been thinking about putting on the menu: marinated sardines.

A fresh, garlicky marinade that requires zero oven/stovetop time. We’re purposely trying to make great tasting dishes that won’t kill the kitchen when it’s hot & humid out.

Super simple and inexpensive dish you can make at home, after you gut and debone the sardines. But hey, there’s youtube for all that.

Oh hey and remember, we’ll be closed this July 3rd & 4th.
