We’re up early, prepping for The Oyster Bash. We are the rookies this year.
The Lobster Place has kindly offered their oyster purveyors for a bunch of us oyster nerds to share our favorite preparations. Ours will be beer-based, natch. We’ll be hanging in the Biergarten at The Standard, with Cooking Channel star and host of Hook, Line & Dinner, Ben Sargent. Along with the most excellent company of:
