Chef Carson and Sue from Commerce were in last night. Chef confessed that his mom, Mrs. Johanson is a bit of an upstate groupie.

But as an avid reader of this blog, she was curious to know as to why she never saw a photo of her son. Um because he doesn’t work here. After all we are known for featuring many our regulars. So here’s to you Mrs. Johanson.
