Childhood friend and fellow skateboarder Marc Jacksina is in town. He’s
all grown-up participating in The James Beard House southern inspired artisanal dinner.
Marc is the Executive Chef of Halcyon, Flavors of the Earthdown in Charlotte, NC.
And while we will proudly boast about his commitment to working closely with local farmers and artisans in order to produce exquisite, handcrafted plates – long before farm to table became an actual obsession within our industry, he’s still a punk to us.
