When the last customer of the night is happily fed and on their merry way home to bed, we drive to the Bronx and hand pick the next day’s specials.

We pride ourselves on being seafood purists – as in placing emphasis on the taste of the fish, rather than sauces and creams. And purposely why we crafted such a selective menu.

It’s also important to adhere to sustainable fishing practices and we only partner with companies of similar philosophies. A lot of us in the industry use the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch as a guide to confirm which fish types have an ocean friendly profile. It’s like Facebook for fish.
