Stinky Cheese

How good does this look? It’s a wheel of Valley Shepherd Creamery’s crema de blue. This husband/wife New Jersey farm is one of our favorite cheese sources – all their cheese is handmade. A raw milk creamy blue made from a mix of sheep and jersey cow milk, that’s tucked away into their cave for a minimum of three months.

And you know what goes well with a good stinky cheese? Beer. So come on by, as we’ve got both. This week on draught:

  • Angry Orchard Cider
  • Fire Island Lighthouse Ale
  • Ithaca Cold Front
  • Kelso Kellerfest
  • Peak Fall Summit Red Ale
  • Peak Maple Oat Ale
  • Saranac Imperial IPA
  • Southern Tier Mokah

See you upstate!
